The personal
and utilitary vehicles are most certainely the ones for which
the litterature is the most developped. We will therefore not
cover this area. We just want to underline that different technology
are used in that domain:
 continuous
current with seperate excitation (Citroen Saxo SX and Peugeot
106 - 20 kW from 1600 to 5500 rpm);
alternative
current three phase asynchronous (Fiat Seicento - 30 kW);
synchronous
motor with wired rotor (Renault Kangoo Expression - 22 kW).
